Admittedly this season was rather quiet in comparison to previous ones with only Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Promod and Hardcore leagues being supported. Over the last 2+ months, teams have gone head to head in their quest to conquer Europe. The competition this season was just as fierce within the respective divisions as last time around, with all the countries under occupancy both leagues!

As usual, awards have been given to the top 3 teams in each division...


... and here are the results of the Euro Domination League - Season 16:

The Highlanders Division (S&D Hardcore)

1st - The Nightmare Clan 27 occupations
2nd - RaGe Quitters 9 occupations
3rd - MiXi-GaminG 6 occupations

The Nightmare Clan topped the division for a 3rd season running after an almost flawless campaign with just one loss all season, amassing 27 occupations on the way. The battle for 2nd place was much tighter than the battle for 1st, with RaGe Quitters edging it with a total of 9 occupations - 3 more than 3rd placed MiXi GaminG.


The Black Watch Division (S&D Promod)

1st - Drug Enforcement Agency 21 occupations
2nd - The Second Coming 10 occupations
3rd - The Nightmare Clan 7 occupations

Yet again, there seemed to be little contest for 1st place as the Drug Enforcement Agency won the Black Watch division with a total of 21 occupations. The Drug Enforcement Agency have now won both seasons of the Promod league, but were made to sweat by The Second Coming who gave them tough competition - beating the league leaders 16-8 along the way. Revenge was to be had for Drug Enforcement Agency, who beat 2nd place The Second Coming in subsequent matches. The Nightmare Clan came in 3rd place, the only team to have finished in the pole position of both leagues.

Congratulations to all the clans that won an award and a big thanks to all the clans that participated this season!


League Season 17

The 17th installment of the Euro Domination League is planned to commence in the new year, with the signups available a couple of weeks beforehand. In the meantime, watch out for the activities and cups planned during the christmas period.

WP all, i am hoping that activity was a little low in both leagues due to cod mw2 and not through lack of interest, where two good leagues but seemed to be meeting the same few clans on a regular basis. until next season, roll on the cups.
